• the specification

in-season fresh truffle, brushed and washed clean of the dirts, no mould, no damage.

• packing

a foam plastics (polyethene) box in 7-cm thickness padded with tissue paper with a strong humidity-absorbing ability. the truffle are put into the pack (no vacuum packing) and covered with the tissue paper. then, five "dry ice" (solid co2) bags are put into the pack to keep the temperature lower. such a cool pack holds usually 20 kgs of fresh truffle.

the fresh truffles can only be transported by air. there is no fridge facility available on the plane. for this, our "cool-pack" is by far the best and safest packaging method
