standard size or custom measurements are both welcome. we recommend that

 whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size.

1. can i do some changes on the original design or can your factory make my own design?

absolutely ok! please contact us before order.

2. urgent or rush order

we also accept rush order. please contact us before order to confirm the date and surcharge accordingly,thank you.

3.customs fees

in most time, the buyer need not pay any customs. we will declare it as a sample and a low value to avoid the tax. but sometimes in some countries, the customs officer may be strict. we dont accountable any customs fee, please check it out the customs policy at your own place, such as italy and holland. if you have to pay the customs fees, it is your duty to your own country, the buyer should understand this situation. 

4. return policy

your satisfaction is always our priority. when you received the package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress had been made to your order specifications. try on your dress as soon as possible without moving the tags, altering, or washing the dress. all returns must be sent within 7days of the shipment being received. we only accept items in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with original tags and packages. requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. we reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.
