we realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. please contact us firstly when there is any problems with items your received. please contact us firstly before sending items back to us, and we don’t accept returns without contacting us. we do not accept returns on any custom made order which includes dress in custome size, color or design, all sales are final for custom made dresses.we just accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect, brand in new condition(no smoke scents, no makeup stains,no alterations).

dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from receipt day.

for exchanges, the clients pay all shipping cost.

for returns, a 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

1. the wedding dress doesn't include any accessories, such as wedding veil, gloves, petticoat etc. (except for sometimes we present them for free for some special items). bidding is for one wedding dress only.
